In the branches of the MFC of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, families with children are now served as a priority. Special windows have been allocated for them, reports the Ministry of Social Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
“In 67 branches of the MFC of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, priority service is now available for applicants with children. If you come with a baby, the administrator will give you a special coupon that will allow you to receive services at Family Windows. They are marked with stickers “Families are welcome here,” said Irina Pastukhova, Minister of Social Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
She also noted that this decision is intended to reduce waiting times and make a visit to the center less tiring for parents and babies. The innovation was implemented within the framework of the “Family” national project.
In addition, the work schedule of territorial social protection offices and social service institutions has changed. Now you can get support measures not only on weekdays, but also in the evenings, and on Saturdays families with children are accepted there. This schedule takes into account the busyness of working parents and makes help more accessible.
