The Primorsky Ministry of Health called for giving birth to children “during breaks” at work
The ministry believes that being busy at work is not an excuse for not having children. Creating offspring should be done during breaks from performing official duties, and then you can simply take the children with you to work.
Officials especially emphasized that citizens of the Russian Federation need to have as many children “as God sends.”
