If you want to harvest a huge harvest of cucumbers and share it with your neighbors, you should try the “Belarusian” planting method. This method is widespread in Belarus and has proven its effectiveness in obtaining a bountiful harvest.
To begin, prepare a bed 2 meters long and 70-80 centimeters wide. It is easy to place plants in such an area without overloading them with each other. Holes for planting should be made in a checkerboard pattern so that the plants do not shade each other.
It is important to fertilize the soil before planting. Add 2 tablespoons of ash and a handful of humus to each hole, about 10 centimeters deep. Then carefully mix these ingredients with the soil, pour a little soil on top and pour hot water (500 ml per hole). Leave for 10 minutes to allow the water to absorb.
After this, plant the cucumber seeds. It is important not to water them immediately so that a crust does not form on the surface of the soil. Cover the seedlings with film at night to retain heat and humidity.
This method provides excellent growing conditions and you will not only get healthy plants, but also a bountiful harvest. Using this approach, you can grow cucumbers that will delight you and your neighbors.
