They recalled that the structure will have a cylindrical shape and a depth of 49 meters. The walls of the chamber are supported on massive monolithic piles, going almost 60 meters deep. To create them, builders laid more than 8.7 thousand tons of concrete and installed about 628 tons of reinforced steel frames. Every six meters a fastening tier is installed.
As the chief engineer of the OP in Krasnoyarsk “GK Mosproekt-3” Vitaly Denisov explained, the development of soil in the dismantling pit is currently ongoing. In total, almost 40 thousand cubic meters of soil need to be unloaded from the chamber. Reinforcement of a monolithic belt is also underway, which will restrain pressure from the outside.
One of the shields, the Evgeniya TBM, has already traveled more than 1,400 meters and continues to move along the left passage tunnel from the Vysotnaya station towards the camera.
Two more shields will also come here from the side of the railway station. After completion of the work, the structure will become part of the Ulitsa Kopylova underground station.
