“We suffered a defeat… I have to admit, Cluj's victory was deserved. I can blame it on bad luck tonight. I started the game very well, I had that goal disallowed by VAR. I also looked at the line now. You can't tell if it is or not, so I consider it unlucky, as usual for us. We also had that bar and Eppel's miss. There was a short circuit, we scored four goals and we didn't have reaction.
The problem is that we make good matches, but also bad ones. We are not constant in developments, unfortunately. We have to keep our heads up, we have to move on because there are other battles ahead. I have to keep the team afloat and give confidence. We are somewhere in the middle. I have confidence and hope that we can stay in the first league.
We had a reaction, we made three changes at half-time, we pushed the lines higher. We took a risk, if we scored and it was 4-2 maybe we could still hope, but it was very difficult. I don't think I had a chance tonight. I think if we played until morning we couldn't win. I have to congratulate Cluj, they are a good team. He deserved the win and that's it.
