If there are mushrooms, then let them be porcini, aspen, boletus, milk mushrooms, saffron milk caps, honey mushrooms, chanterelles, champignons and russula. As a side dish – rice. If you serve mushrooms with potatoes, the digestion process will be even worse;
  • semolina porridge. This is a high-calorie dish with good digestibility, but it contains almost no vitamins, so replace the semolina with buckwheat or oatmeal. If you like semolina, then complement it with fruits and berries;
  • yogurt. It is impossible to get enough of this product, but its beneficial properties disappear after a long shelf life. If you like yogurt, then choose a product without additives, but with high fat content: they are better satiating and contain less sugar;
  • citruses. Since childhood, we have been told about the benefits of oranges and lemons, vitamin C and improving immunity. Yes, there is some truth in this, but do not forget about allergies to citrus fruits, and also that they can aggravate gastritis. Also remember that it is better to eat the whole fruit than to make juice from it, since the drink loses some of its beneficial substances. You should completely forget about packaged juices: they contain too much sugar.
