Pentecostals in Romania sing the death of King Charles, at the gate of Buckingham Palace. “Time almost passed, with your life what did you do?”

The Church of the Tabor Church in Timisoara made a special dedication to King Charles III of Great Britain, directly in front of the Buckingham Palace in London.

The Pentecostal young people who are part of the Tabor choir gathered in front of the London Palace, where they sang to King Charles III, with cancer.

“Gold, silver and palaces, they do not get rid of death. The time almost passed, with your life what did you do? What will you stay? You are just a fist of the dust. The soul is all you have, who do you want to teach it”say some of the lyrics sung by the choir members.

The video images, in which the choir sings in front of the Buckingham Palace, were posted on Tiktok.

The song “Gold, silver and palaces”known as well as under the title “If you want to receive”is a Romanian Christian piece, composed Titus Ghica, a Romanian Christian artist established in the USA.

King Charles is undergoing cancer treatment of February 2024. He was forced to cancel two vacations abroad, due to health problems, after being urgently admitted to the hospital.

He gave up a planned trip along with Queen Camilla at a relaxing center in Africa and her annual hiking holiday in Romania.

The Tabor choir in Timisoara is an ensemble associated with the Pentecostal Church Tabor, which works within the religious community in the city. His repertoire includes several religious pieces and music of Christian inspiration, interpreted in various liturgical contexts and events organized by the Church.
