

As a result of Russian shelling, an infrastructure facility in one of the districts of Odessa was damaged. Rescuers from the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations are working on the spot.
“City services are inspecting nearby residential buildings for damage. The information is being clarified,” Lysak wrote.
Later it became known that the business center was also damaged. According to preliminary information, one person was injured, doctors are providing assistance, the official added.
Local Telegram channels publish photos and videos that show a “glow throughout the whole city” after the explosions.
The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported on Telegram at 0.25 that a “large group” of attack drones was approaching Odessa.
Context
Russia attacks Ukraine daily with drones, in particular striking Odessa and the region. With the onset of cold weather, the occupying forces intensified attacks on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine.
