The propagandist explained that he was tried for conducting anti -Ukrainian activities in social networks, but, according to him, they did not provide a single evidence of his guilt.
He called the Vinnitsa court “garbage”, which he wished “quickly on … wander.”
In one of the following messages, Shary said that “the assistant to the chairman of his case in his case” allegedly contacted him. The interlocutor, according to the propagandist, said about allegedly “direct pressure” on him from the president’s office.
The verdict of Sharia was confirmed by the Security Service of Ukraine. He helped the Russian FSB implement its information sabotage against Ukraine – a video where the invaders interrogate Ukrainian prisoners, the intelligence service called it staged.
“As the investigation established, Shari suggested to the invaders how to remove interrogations in the“ right format ”and what questions to ask prisoners. After filming, the attacker mounted the video materials received to cut out“ discrediting ”personnel from them, including signs of torture of prisoners,” the report said.
According to the investigation, the communication of Sharia with the invaders passed through the ex-head of the Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in the Vinnitsa region Anton Shevtsov, hiding in Sevastopol due to suspicion in the Stateizer. The SBU documented that it was from Shevtsov that the propagandist received a video from interrogations of captured warriors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and after the “installation” distributed through his information resources.
Based on the evidence collected by investigators of the SBU, Shary and his accomplice Shevtsov were found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 28, part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (state betrayal committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons in the conditions of martial law), and the special confiscation of his domain name and the author’s YouTube channel called the special service “unprecedented”.
