In 2026, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Uzhur bypass on the section from 4 to 9 km and the bridge over the Klyuch River on the 14 km of the Vasilyevka-Solgon highway will be overhauled. The work will be carried out under the national project “Infrastructure for Life”.
The Department of Highways in the Krasnoyarsk Territory recalled that the Uzhur bypass provides transport links between one of the most important roads in the region – Sharypovo – Uzhur – Balakhta and Achinsk – Uzhur – Troitskoye. In addition, the road is an important tourist destination.
In the area from the turn towards Uzhur and along the railway tracks before the crossing, specialists must strengthen the subgrade, replace the crushed stone surface with asphalt concrete, clean the ditches and fill the shoulders, equip the area with a metal barrier fencing and new road signs.

“In 2024, travel along the transit section of the Achinsk-Uzhur-Troitskoye highway through the ZATO village of Solnechny was limited, and now almost the entire traffic flow goes bypassing the city. In 2023–2024, the first 3 km of the route were overhauled; in 2025, the section from 9 to 13 km was restored – from the railway crossing to the exit to the main route in the area of the village of Sukhaya Dolina. This season it is planned to commission the last 5-kilometer section, which local residents and tourists complained about, thereby completely repairing the entire route,” said Deputy Head of the Highway Department Evgeniy Mikhalev.
This season, the reinforced concrete bridge over the Klyuch River at the 14th km of the Vasilievka-Solgon highway, six km from the village of Izykchul, will also be overhauled. The contractor will install new bridge supports, expand the span with partial replacement of beams and apply waterproofing, lay new asphalt concrete pavement on the bridge and approaches, replace expansion joints, install new barrier fencing and road signs.
Similar work will take place on the bridge over the Yaga River, on the 22nd km of the Vasilievka-Solgon highway – in transit through the village of Yaga. The facility is planned to be commissioned in 2027.
In total, under the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, work is planned this year on 59 objects of the regional road network. It is planned to restore 168 km of road surfaces and put into operation 250 linear meters of bridge structures. The total cost of work to date is about 8.4 billion rubles.
