Krasnoyarsk manufacturer's declaration for smoked and dry-dried meat was canceled

A Krasnoyarsk manufacturer of smoked and dry-cured meat products has had its declaration of conformity revoked. The decision was made by the regional Rosselkhoznadzor after violations were identified.

During monitoring through the state systems “Mercury” and “Rosaccreditation”, the supervisory agency established that individual entrepreneur N. I. Sizov accepted the declaration in violation of the requirements. The entrepreneur did not provide confirmation of compliance of manufactured products with mandatory safety standards.

In particular, the products – smoked, smoked-baked, raw smoked and dry-cured products from beef, pork, venison, horse meat and lamb – did not pass the necessary tests.

According to the protocols, the content of pesticides, antibiotics, radionuclides and microbiological indicators was not checked.

Based on the violations identified, Rosselkhoznadzor declared the declaration invalid. The entrepreneur was warned against violating the requirements when declaring products in the future.
