Svitolina rose again in the WTA rankings, and another Ukrainian became 20 positions higher at once

The Ukrainian woman moved up one position compared to her position a week ago.

Svetolina’s best position in her career is third place in the WTA rankings in September 2017. Now the 31-year-old Ukrainian ranks highest after the birth of her daughter in 2022.

There are four Ukrainian women in the top hundred of the world rankings. Three of them improved their position in the ranking, and none worsened their position.

Marta Kostyuk remained 23rd racket in the world, Dayana Yastremskaya rose from 43rd place to 42nd, and Alexandra Oleynikova made a real ranking leap by 20 positions at once – she is now 71st in the world.

The leaders of the women's tennis rankings have not changed over the week: first is Arina Sabalenka from Belarus (playing in “neutral” status), second is Iga Szwiatek from Poland, third is Elena Rybakina from Kazakhstan.
