In Minusinsk, an entrepreneur sold dangerous dairy products

In the Minusinsk District, facts of selling dairy products without veterinary accompanying documents were revealed. This was reported by the press service of the regional Rosselkhoznadzor.

Department specialists, using monitoring of the Mercury component of the VetIS federal information system and the Chestny Znak product monitoring system, discovered that an individual entrepreneur in the Minusinsk District was violating the rules for the sale of dairy products.

It was established that the entrepreneur prepared production veterinary accompanying documents for dairy products, which were subsequently cancelled. At the same time, when monitoring Chestny Znak goods, it turned out that these dairy products continued to be sold in retail outlets in the Minusinsk District.

“Thus, an individual entrepreneur sold products of animal origin (sour cream m.d.zh 42%, pasteurized drinking milk m.d.zh 2.5%, cottage cheese m.d.zh 9%, butter “Krestyanskoe” m.d.zh 72.5%) without veterinary accompanying documents drawn up in the Mercury component of the FSIS Vetis,” explained the regional Rosselkhoznadzor.

As a result, a warning was issued to the entrepreneur.
