According to the agency, living in a “sealed capsule” without an influx of fresh air can lead to a feeling of fatigue in the morning, decreased performance, headaches and even an increase in colds. Stagnant indoor air contains more dust and harmful microorganisms.

Experts recommend ventilating the apartment at least 2-3 times a day, always before going to bed. For complete air exchange, it is better to open the window completely for 5-10 minutes, after leaving the room. It is important to be careful and avoid drafts, which are dangerous for small children and bedridden patients.

“Slit” ventilation often turns out to be ineffective: it can cool the room without providing quality air renewal.

The optimal microclimate for health in a residential area is a temperature of 20-22°C and a humidity of 45-50%. If the air in the apartment is too dry, you can additionally use a humidifier.
