Preparation
- Soak the beans in water overnight. In the morning, drain the water, add clean cold water and cook over low heat until tender.
- Meanwhile, cut the lard into strips and fry in a heated frying pan.
- Dice the onion. Remove the lard from the pan and fry the onion in lard until golden brown.
- Grind the onion and greaves in a blender.
- Puree the beans. Add roast, salt and pepper. Stir.
- Prepare the sauce. Grate the garlic and add oil. Add salt and stir.
