  • 250 g beans;
  • 250 g lard;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 g salt;
  • 1 g pepper;
  • 30 ml olive oil;
  • 4 cloves of garlic.

Preparation

  1. Soak the beans in water overnight. In the morning, drain the water, add clean cold water and cook over low heat until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the lard into strips and fry in a heated frying pan.
  3. Dice the onion. Remove the lard from the pan and fry the onion in lard until golden brown.
  4. Grind the onion and greaves in a blender.
  5. Puree the beans. Add roast, salt and pepper. Stir.
  6. Prepare the sauce. Grate the garlic and add oil. Add salt and stir.
  7. Form the puree into owls. Brush them with sauce.
  8. Serve warm.
