Beef up your sleeve is a dish that people fight over in the house: both for dinner and for holidays.

Don't know what to serve for dinner today? You don’t want to bother with slicing and molding, but are your family accustomed to full-fledged hot meat? Then try cooking beef in the sleeve. Just do it for 5 minutes and the oven will do the rest.

The dish turns out nourishing, soft, tender – your family will definitely appreciate such an original dinner!

Ingredients:

  • beef – 800 g;
  • onion – 2 pcs.;
  • soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • olive oil – 1 tsp;
  • paprika—1 tsp;
  • salt, pepper – to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the onion into half rings, mix with soy sauce, oil, and spices.
  2. Place the meat in the marinade and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Place the meat along with the onions into a baking sleeve and close it on the sides.
  4. Bake for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

The beef in the sleeve turns out incredibly juicy, soft, with pleasant spicy notes. You can even invite your mother-in-law to dinner – even she will appreciate such a delicious hot dish. It is advisable to eat the meat in combination with a fresh vegetable salad; rice or baked potatoes are also suitable as a side dish.
