The dish turns out nourishing, soft, tender – your family will definitely appreciate such an original dinner!
Ingredients:
- beef – 800 g;
- onion – 2 pcs.;
- soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.;
- olive oil – 1 tsp;
- paprika—1 tsp;
- salt, pepper – to taste.
Preparation:
- Chop the onion into half rings, mix with soy sauce, oil, and spices.
- Place the meat in the marinade and leave for 1 hour.
- Place the meat along with the onions into a baking sleeve and close it on the sides.
- Bake for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
The beef in the sleeve turns out incredibly juicy, soft, with pleasant spicy notes. You can even invite your mother-in-law to dinner – even she will appreciate such a delicious hot dish. It is advisable to eat the meat in combination with a fresh vegetable salad; rice or baked potatoes are also suitable as a side dish.
