Drone maker Vyriy has confirmed that it is targeting
broke the won contracts for the supply of FPV. ⭕️That is, the company in the person of its founder, Oleksiy Babenko, went to the tender and immediately understood
that will not be taken for the won contracts.
Oleksiy Babenko pointed out that in this way they wanted to force other companies to lower their prices and show the inefficiency of the AOZ system.
The official reason for refusal, which Vyriy submitted as a document to the AOZ, there was “production failure” fulfill all orders. But later Oleksiy Babenko indicated that they refused because of a very short amount of time. Although AOZ had previously noted the time frame, Vyriy still decided to enter into each contract and undermine the procurement process.
