The National e-Invoice System 2.0 is ready for launch scheduled for Sunday, the Ministry of Finance announced on Friday. Users can receive all information about KSeF at a special hotline number and report technical problems via an electronic form.
“All work related to the preparation of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF 2.0) for launch on February 1, 2026 has been completed. The tests carried out confirmed the assumed functional and technical requirements, load resistance and compliance with security requirements,” the Ministry of Finance said in a statement.
The Ministry emphasized that the system was implemented in accordance with the adopted schedule and is ready to start providing ongoing service to users who can use a special hotline available 24 hours a day at the following telephone numbers: 22 330 03 30 and 801 055 055. Questions regarding KSeF can also be asked at Tax Offices.

“All entities carrying out integration work and using KSeF 2.0 environments can use dedicated technical support. Contact with the API KSeF 2.0 technical team is possible via the KSeF application form at: https://ksef.podatki.gov.pl/formularz/,” the ministry announced.
The ministry also appealed to check and verify all information on the official accounts of the Ministry of Finance, the National Treasury and on the website https://ksef.podatki.gov.pl/, which will allow users to avoid possible disinformation.
The National e-Invoice System will be used to issue, send, receive and store invoices in transactions between enterprises. In the first stage, the system will cover companies that had a turnover exceeding PLN 200 million in 2024. In the second stage – which will start on April 1 this year. – the system will cover all other companies, except the smallest ones, which are to be covered by the system from January 1, 2027. The regulations recognize the smallest companies as having a monthly turnover documented through KSeF of no more than PLN 10,000. PLN per month. (PAP)
