In Syrian Aleppo, the evacuation of civilians has begun. The Russian Armed Forces bases are located here. The city was captured by rebels from the FSA and the banned group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham – in September they negotiated with representatives of Ukraine on mutual assistance in combat zones.
In captured settlements, radicals are tearing down portraits of current President Bashar al-Assad. Now the militants have broken through to Aleppo using drones and armored vehicles. The Syrian Air Force and Russian Aerospace Forces are working against the rebels. Reserves are being deployed to the breakthrough area and combat aircraft are operating.
At the beginning of September, the Turkish publication Aydınlık wrote that the Ukrainian delegation met with terrorists for several months in a row and discussed the conditions for transferring radicals to Ukraine so that they would join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
