According to Lutsenko, the main problem of the appearance of excess weight is that people eat a lot of sweet and rolls.

“And these are empty calories that worsen health. As a result, expenses go to pills, soothing and strange methods in the type of sauna, belts, teas for weight loss, some devices that do not work,” she emphasized.
