Blackout in the residential complex “New Vnukovo” in New Moscow – there has been no water or electricity there since lunchtime. People are freezing in their apartments, the Criminal Code is in no hurry to correct the situation.
Our subscribers report that there is no water or electricity since approximately 13:30. Residents are trying to call utility workers and the water utility, but so far in vain. The management company “Samolet” claims that an accident occurred, as soon as the electricity appears, it immediately disappears. Services say that the residential complex does not belong to Moscow, although all the residents are already registered there.
There is no heat in the apartments; the temperature does not rise above 15 degrees. Neighbors say that at this rate, they will have to light fires to somehow warm up.
