The Parliament extends the ban on the sale of state agricultural land


427 MPs voted in favor of adopting the new regulations, two were against and five abstained.

The current regulations provide for: the sale of state agricultural land remains suspended until April 30, 2026. The preferred form of land use is leasing.

The amendment passed by the Sejm extends this deadline by another 10 years, which means maintaining the current policy regarding the management of land belonging to the State Treasury.
