After President Karol Nawrocki rejected the original version of the act on cryptoassets, the government again submitted the project to parliamentary work. The document was recently submitted to the Senate, which proposed a number of amendments, including: regarding the maximum amount of fees charged to companies operating on the cryptocurrency market. Today, the Sejm decided on the Senate's amendments.
