More than 39 thousand consultations were carried out by doctors of the KrasZhD Health Train in 2025

In 2025, doctors of the mobile consultative and diagnostic center “Doctor Voino-Yasenetsky (St. Luke)” received over 10.3 thousand people and conducted more than 39 thousand consultations.

In total, over the past year, the Health Train of the Krasnoyarsk Railway made 10 business trips and visited 76 stations. The medical staff visited remote settlements of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Khakassia and the Irkutsk Region. On average, he worked at stations from 1 to 3 days, the longest stop was 4 days at Lesosibirsk station.

Diagnostic support included a wide range of examinations, including X-ray fluorography, ultrasound, endoscopy, functional diagnostics and clinical diagnostic laboratory tests. In just 12 months, 27.8 thousand were completed.

41 patients received referrals to regional medical institutions for in-depth diagnosis and treatment.

Let us remind you that the mobile consultative and diagnostic center “Doctor Voino-Yasenetsky (St. Luke)” is a joint social project of Russian Railways JSC and the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The train includes 12 cars, six of which are medical, equipped with modern equipment. The mobile clinic operates under the compulsory medical insurance system and fulfills regional orders for medical care for residents of remote settlements.

Every year, the medical train makes at least ten trips lasting up to two weeks, covering more than 30 districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Khakassia, Kemerovo and Irkutsk regions within the boundaries of the Krasnoyarsk Mainline. In 2024, 11 thousand 525 residents of Siberian regions became its patients.
