The Polish army will be strong drones – emphasized on Thursday the head of the Ministry of National Defense, Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak -Kamysz, who visited the exhibition of products of Polish unmanned producers in Wesoła Warsaw. He added that the construction of an army consisting of hundreds of thousands of drones is “our great strategy”.


The head of the Ministry of National Defense at the exhibition of products of Polish producers of unmanned weapon systems, which took place, which took place in the 1st Warsaw armored brigade, emphasized how important for the Polish army it is to equip military units with drones.
“There will be no safe Poland without a drone army that fly, move on water and under water or air drones,” said Kosiniak -Kamysz. “This is our great strategy: the construction of an army consisting of hundreds of thousands of drones and the ability to produce millions of drones” – added the head of the Ministry of National Defense.
Kosiniak-Kamysz pointed out that he would put great hopes in the rearming of the Polish army in the unmanned aerial vehicle produced by the native industry. “We have great companies, like WB Electronics or Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa, which acquires abilities (to create drones – PAP). We have great startups, family companies and medium -sized companies” – noted the defense minister. He added that nearly 40 companies that wanted to present their products came to the exhibition. “Thank you very much for that,” said the minister.
The head of the Ministry of National Defense announced that “the Polish army will be rich in drones” and the state will be bending over the development of plans to meet the needs of all units of the armed forces “
“This is our eye in the head, this is an absolute priority. Poland will be a strong drone industry, and the Polish army will be a strong drone. For it we will buy them, we will produce, and soldiers will acquire the ability to use them” – emphasized Kosiniak -Kamysz. As he assessed, in the near future “almost every soldier of the Polish Army will have contact with drones.”
An exhibition of unmanned aerial vehicles took place, which was produced by Polish entrepreneurs, took place the Warsaw Armored Brigade. During the exhibition, a static and functional show took place, presenting the combat capabilities of drones. The event was also attended by deputy defense ministers Cezary Tomczyk and Paweł Bejda and Brigadier General Mirosław Bodnar, inspector of unmanned systems in the General Command of the RSZ. (PAP)
