The blogger noted that according to this recipe, the porridge turns out perfect, just like in childhood: not runny and not thick.
Proportions
- 40 g semolina;
- 0.5 liters of milk.
Preparation
- Pour milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- While stirring the milk with a whisk, add the semolina. Bring to a boil and cook for another five minutes, stirring.
- Salt and sugar to taste. Leave for 30 minutes.
