Specialists from the regional Office of Rospotrebnadzor suggested that Krasnoyarsk residents organize a fasting day after the festive marathon of feasts.
At the same time, the Department noted that a fasting day is not fasting, but a competent reduction in calorie intake while maintaining all meals.
You can reduce the total calorie content by 500 kcal from the daily requirement, strictly observing the proportions of BZHU. This way you will get excellent results without harming your health.
