Driving is difficult on Saturday, on the road that connects Brașov to Poiana Brașov, due to the accumulated snow on the road. A bus providing public transport between Brașov and Poiana Brașov got stuck in the snow today, according to the images published on Facebook by Radio Romania Brașov.
Footage shows hobbled bus passengers trying to push the vehicle stuck in the snow.
And the authorities intervene in the area with snow removal equipment and anti-slip material.
Meteorologists issued, on Saturday morning, new weather warnings of bad weather valid until Monday evening. In this interval, there is a yellow code for snow and strong wind in 16 counties of Transylvania, Banat, Oltenia and Muntenia.
Between January 3, 10:00 a.m. and January 5, 8:00 p.m., quantitatively moderate precipitation, snow cover, hail, wind intensification and blizzard are expected in the mountains and in several counties of the country.
