VIDEO Boc posts a video of him cleaning the snow in front of Cluj-Napoca City Hall: “Let's clean our sidewalks!”

The mayor of Cluj-Napoca, Emil Boc, posted on Facebook on Friday evening a video in which he appears while clearing snow, with a shovel, from the sidewalk in front of the institution's building, urging the locals to do the same in front of their houses.

“Let's clean our sidewalks! Dear citizens of Cluj, winter brings beauty, but also responsibility. Just as we enjoy snowflakes, we must also take care of the safety of those around us. Let's clean our sidewalks, each one in front of our house or block! It's a small gesture, but with a big impact: for the elderly, for children, for our neighbors”, wrote Emil Boc in a post on Facebook.

He thanked the people of Cluj for the civic spirit they show.

“”Winter is hard, big man, the year has good signs. See you next year and Happy New Year!” Dear citizens of Cluj, we clean the sidewalk in front of the House of Cluj, we invite you to do it in front of your houses… health, movement, we don't get injured if it freezes and we have a clean city. God help and boost your work too”, says Mayor Emil Boc in the video, after which he continues to clear the snow from the sidewalk in front of the City Hall, writes News.ro.
