Belarus showed new weapons. A key element is missing from the recording

Oreshnik is a Russian medium-range ballistic missile system. The missile's range is estimated at 5.5 thousand. km. Alexander Lukashenko has already announced that the Russian system will enter service in Belarus. Now the Ministry of Defense has published a video on social media showing the deployment of the system. According to journalists from the Defense Express website, only three vehicles were recorded in the recordings: security, communications and support vehicles. “The key element, the self-propelled ballistic missile launcher, was not shown,” writes the Ukrainian website.

Belarus showed only three vehicles
The recording by the Belarusian Ministry of Defense shows approximately 70 soldiers. According to Defense Express, this is too few people to operate at least one full missile system. The following shots showed, among others: security vehicle built on the Ural-63095 Typhoon platform. Right behind it you can see a vehicle that can act as a mobile command point or a combat support vehicle, next is a communications vehicle.
As Reuters reported a few days ago, the Oreshnik system is probably being deployed in eastern Belarus – at a former air base near Krzyczewa, approx. 300 km east of the country's capital – Minsk.
According to Defense Express, it is possible that no Oreshnik has been fully prepared in Belarus yet and this may be just the beginning of its implementation.
“Probably, no combat-ready system is currently implemented in Belarus. However, this does not exclude the gradual deployment of units of the Russian Missile Forces in the country, which are to receive missiles and achieve combat readiness in 2026 or later,” we read on the Ukrainian website.
