In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the prosecutor's office helped a security guard from Yeniseisk obtain payment of wages for the protection of historical buildings.
The man told the prosecutor’s office that he worked 1,000 hours guarding two historical sites: the Iverskaya Church and the House of the Merchant Balandin. But the Jaguar Security Company, which hired a resident of Yeniseisk for this, did not even formalize an employment contract with him. The man also did not receive the money.
The prosecutor's office conducted an investigation, which confirmed his words. Jaguar did not respond to the prosecutor’s demand to pay the employee 320 thousand rubles in wages and formalize the employment relationship. After this, the supervisory authority went to court.
The court satisfied the demands of the prosecutor's office. Now the company is obliged to pay the man 320 thousand rubles in arrears in wages, and also make entries about the processed period in his work book.
