“He took this idea with him to France.” Klopotenko taught the owner of three Michelin stars how to cook kutya

Introducing Marx to his subscribers, Klopotenko noted that the famous chef is the owner of three “Michelin stars, but has never heard of kutia.”

“I simply placed the ingredients on the table, told him what kind of dish it was and why it is important for us. And then Thierry prepared his first kutia. And you know what’s the coolest thing? He liked it so much that he took this idea with him to France and said that he would work with it further,” Klopotenko shared his impressions of the collaboration. “For me, this is the moment when Ukrainian culture goes out into the world.”

The restaurateur noted that he and Marks added the zest of three oranges, three lemons, honey, nuts and poppy seeds to the kutya.
