
A user of the culinary portal Cookpad shared a recipe for a delicious salad for dinner.
Ingredients:
- 300 g sauerkraut;
- one carrot;
- one green apple;
- one purple onion.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 60 ml olive oil;
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard;
- 1 tsp. natural honey;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
- Squeeze out excess juice from the sauerkraut and place it in a salad bowl.
- Cut the apple into strips and add to the cabbage.
- Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots and add to the cabbage.
- Pour olive oil into a separate container, add honey, mustard, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the sauce into the cabbage and mix thoroughly.
