A user of the culinary portal Cookpad shared a recipe for a delicious salad for dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g sauerkraut;
  • one carrot;
  • one green apple;
  • one purple onion.

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • 60 ml olive oil;
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard;
  • 1 tsp. natural honey;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

  1. Squeeze out excess juice from the sauerkraut and place it in a salad bowl.
  2. Cut the apple into strips and add to the cabbage.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots and add to the cabbage.
  4. Pour olive oil into a separate container, add honey, mustard, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the sauce into the cabbage and mix thoroughly.
