Previously, IQ Plastique was closed for 90 days, but now the institution continues to operate. The suspension of the clinic was appealed in court, and a decision was made that its closure was illegal. Replaced with a fine for minor violations in record keeping.
The court found that the employees had all the necessary medical documents and specialized equipment for operations in order.
