At least 16 cars were involved in a serious accident due to ice on an overpass on Moskovsky Prospekt in Bryansk. Most have a crumpled body, a couple of foreign cars have a whole front that needs to be replaced.
The participants escaped with minor injuries and there were no fatalities. Public transport in the area is intermittent.
