A young married couple, the Kazantsevs, from Norilsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, gave birth to two babies at once: a boy and a girl. Such twins are called “royal”.
The rare event was reported at the Civil Registry Office, where the children's father received birth certificates.
The newborn boy was named Dmitry, the girl – Regina.
