Representatives of the 122nd brigade of the Security Council turned to to the President with a request to replace the mayor of Odesa Trukhanov with the military administration.This is an exclusively Odesa brigade consisting of 7 battalions corresponding to 7 districts of the region. The main claims of the military against Mayor Trukhanov:
