In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, bailiffs collected a large debt to a bank from a resident of Zheleznogorsk.
According to the department's press service, the man owed the bank 400 thousand rubles. The debtor was warned that due to evasion of payment of the loan, his car may be at risk of seizure, bank accounts will be blocked, and an enforcement fee of 7% of the debt amount will be charged.
“The possibility of losing a car affected the man, and he repaid the debt to the bank in full on time for voluntary fulfillment,” – clarified by the press service bailiffs around the region.
The department recalled that voluntary and timely fulfillment of one’s financial obligations is the only way to avoid the application of enforcement measures against oneself.
