In the Minusinsk District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a drunk driver caused an accident involving children. The incident occurred on the morning of December 1 at the 431st kilometer of the R-257 Yenisei highway.
A 45-year-old man driving a Honda, moving from Minusinsk towards Abakan, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a Nissan car.

Doctors hospitalized a 28-year-old female driver and a 10-year-old passenger. A six-year-old boy, who was in the car without a child seat, was not injured.
Traffic police officers determined that the level of alcohol in the blood of the person responsible for the accident was 1.16 mg/l. Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
