- 250 ml water;
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 7 g yeast;
- 500 g flour;
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 1 tsp. salt.
Preparation
- Sift the flour.
- Add lukewarm water, yeast, sugar and salt.
- Pour in vegetable oil and knead soft dough.
- Leave the dough in a warm place for one hour, covering it with a towel.
- During this time it should double in size.
- Form the dough into pies. Cover them with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
- Fry the pies in vegetable oil until golden brown. You need to fry over medium heat.
