In Krasnoyarsk, school No. 23 was ordered to pay compensation to a student who broke his arm during a physical education lesson. This was reported by the joint press service of the courts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The student's father demanded compensation for moral damages. The man wanted to recover 500 thousand rubles from the educational institution. However, the court did not agree with the arguments of the Krasnoyarsk resident and indicated that the compensation provided for by law must meet the criteria of fair remuneration of the person for the suffering suffered.
The government agency took into account the fact that the child broke his arm not so much due to lack of proper inspection, but because of his behavior. The child was injured while playing with other children.
As a result, the school was ordered to pay only 20 thousand rubles to the minor, represented by his father.
