Counterfeit clothing under a well-known brand sold on the market in Achinsk will be destroyed

In Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, at the Novy clothing market on Dzerzhinsky Street, a businesswoman was arrested for wearing counterfeit sportswear with the logo of a well-known company and fined.

Representatives of Rospotrebnadzor came with an inspection, having received a statement from a representative of the copyright holder of the Adidas trademark about trade in counterfeit products. During the verificationthe acts were confirmed – men's T-shirts, shorts, jackets and tracksuits were on sale.

As a result, 19 units of goods with a total value of 30,800 rubles were seized.

It also turned out that individual entrepreneur Zhumalieva Zh.D. was not registered in the monitoring system “An honest sign.” Besides, the goods were not marked with identification means in the form of a two-dimensional Data Matrix bar code.

For the identified violations, the entrepreneur was brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 15.12.1 and part 2 of Art. 14.10 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Court sentenced her to a fine of 25,000 rubles and destruction of the seized goods. The decision has not yet entered into legal force.
