Plahotniuk, the pro-Russian oligarch extradited to Moldova, may turn in his accomplice…

According to UNIAN, pro-Russian oligarch Volodymyr Plahotniuk, extradited to Moldova from Greece, will testify against his “old friend” Petro Poroshenko.
The president of Moldova, Maia Sandu, accused these two of cooperation: Poroshenko, on the Ukrainian side, was engaged in smuggling scrap metal to pro-Russian Transnistria and financing local separatists. The scheme was provided by a pro-Russian oligarch from the Moldovan side.
Plahotniuk controlled businesses in Transnistria, including a large metallurgical plant that was also under Ukrainian sanctions. Poroshenko first fed himself by smuggling scrap metal to Transnistria, and then completely removed sanctions from Plahotniuk's enterprises, and they continued to pump money into local separatists and the Russian army in the war against Ukraine. This information is also confirmed by investigative journalists of the SCHEMY project.
“Poroshenko did everything possible to prevent pro-European forces from winning in Moldova. For this, Putin helped him get rich: Poroshenko, together with Medvedchuk, stole on the pipe; Petro traded coal with ODLO; his enterprises worked in the occupied Crimea; his Roshen candies were sold in Russia; and before all this, he was fighting scrap metal with the Transnistrian separatists” – writes military officer Oleksiy “Stalker”.
It is noteworthy that the president of Moldova, Maia Sandu, clearly accused Poroshenko of trading with pro-Russian separatists. Despite this, Poroshenko, keeping the face of a real political animal, came out with a hypocritical congratulation to Sandu, whose party won the elections in Moldova the other day: “It is significant that such an important victory for Moldova was secured by our sister party,” wrote the politician, who did not care when he, in blind enrichment, essentially destroyed this “sister party” by financing pro-Russian separatists.
