Piotr Milowański is the “golden boy” of PiS. He will sit on the supervisory board of Srebrna
On June 19, 2025, 37-year-old Piotr Milowański was appointed to the management board of the Institute. Lech Kaczyński, replacing Barbara Skrzypek, a long-time collaborator of the PiS president, who died in March. The resolution of the foundation council regarding the appointment was signed by Jarosław Kaczyński, Krzysztof Czabański and Rafał Sawicz. The Institute controls the Srebrna company, known for the “Two Towers” scandal. As Radio Zet journalists found out, Milowański also joined the supervisory board of this company at the end of September. Its new president is Tomasz Bartczak, associated with PiS election campaigns in the past.

Who is Piotr Milowański? A rising star of PiS
The 37-year-old comes from Warsaw. He studied political science, started his career in politics as an assistant to Mariusz Błaszczak, and in the years 2010–2018 he was a councilor of the Wola district. “He is a very talented man. He was a great councilor and social activist,” says Jan Nowak, who was his political mentor, in an interview with Radio Zet. In 2018, Milowański unexpectedly did not win re-election, despite starting from the first place on the list.

According to Nowak, Milowański did not supervise the campaign because he was fully involved in PiS activities at the central level. He accompanied Kaczyński and Morawiecki on trips, co-organized events and election campaigns, including: to Parliament and the European Parliament in 2019
In 2024, Dominika Długosz wrote in “Newsweek” that it was he who decided about the meetings and calendar of the PiS president. The weekly “Polityka” reported that after the party's victory, Joachim Brudziński pointed to him as one of the “fathers of success”.

Piotr Milowański – Kaczyński's trusted man
In 2020, Milowański opened a Georgian restaurant, but he continued to work for PiS. He then came under the wing of Krzysztof Sobolewski – first as office director, then his deputy. In December 2023, he replaced him as PiS secretary general.
According to Radio ZET, Milowański gained Kaczyński's trust, among others. organizing the famous March of Free Poles in January 2024. “Few would like to tyrannize like he did. Some people are better positioned in politics, and certainly more comfortable. However, Piotr's work was appreciated by the president, and he sees everything: who is trying and how they are working. Piotr is a golden boy who does not seek honors, but works hard,” comments Nowak.
In 2025, he became the representative of Karol Nawrocki's election committee and one of the key organizers of the winning campaign. “A hard worker, a man thanks to whom the logistics of the campaign were impeccable” – said the chief of staff, Paweł Głosernaker, in the “Tłit” program of Wirtualna Polska.
