The Pro-Tok plant of transformer substations and high-voltage equipment presented a project for an energy-generating village with an industrial design at the Promdiz-2025 conference in Krasnoyarsk.

Technological entrepreneur, director of the Pro-Tok company Anna Zhiratkova characterizes the project as intersectoral.

“Despite the fact that the Krasnoyarsk Territory is energy-rich, part of the territory remains outside the centralized power supply. Energodom combines energy generation and consumption at one point, eliminating the need to lay power lines. The project, in addition, launches new cooperation chains with high-tech industries, industrial, logistics, and design companies,” she explains.

Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov, assessing the projects of Promdiz participants, emphasized that it is this kind of activity that makes the region a leader in the development of creative industries: “We will definitely do everything to ensure that the ambitious ideas and developments of Krasnoyarsk entrepreneurs come to life.”

The energy house project, as Anna Zhiratkova clarified, is now at the R&D stage. To scale it up in real conditions, the company plans to invite the regional authorities and the tourism agency to partnership and launch a pilot project in one of the tourist areas.

“Pro-Tok” is participating in the “Promdiz” conference for the second time. Last year, the company worked on a project for a complete transformer substation. In 2025, the substation concept won the “Best Industrial Design of Russia” award, organized by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.
