On November 11, Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) announced that it had stopped a Ukrainian intelligence operation. Its aim was allegedly to hijack a MiG-31 fighter in order to provoke a reaction from the NATO base in Constanta. According to the Russians, British people associated with the Bellingcat group were also involved in the action.
