It is about the decision of the RBNIO “on the use of special personal economic means and other limitations (sanctions)”, issued on April 18.
Sanctions for Chinese companies
According to the annex to decree No. 247/2025, Sanctions apply to 60 legal entities, including enterprises from Russia and China. Chinese companies from high technology and aviation industry industries were on the sanction list: Zhongf Shenying Carbon Fiber Xining, Rui Jin Machinery and Beijing Aviation and Aerospace Xianghui Technology.
Sanctions include freezing of assets, restrictions on commercial transactions, preventing the withdrawal of capital from Ukraine, termination or suspension of licenses and other permits, termination of commercial contracts, joint projects and industrial programs, as well as a ban on technology transfer and intellectual property rights.
China rejects the accusations
The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs rejected on Friday as unfounded accusations of President Zelanski, who said the day before that China provides Russia with ammunition and explosives and participate in weapons production in Russia.
