“Things are simple, a good team, valuable, extremely pragmatic, a team fighting with a real chance of the championship. I want to congratulate the team for the effort, good moments of the game. The difference was made by some decisions at the end.
We, on a few occasions, if we had scored, maybe it would have been a different result. In the end, Rapid deserves to be congratulated, it was the better, more pragmatic, more valuable team, it is not by chance that it is in first place.
He doesn't create many chances, but he has quality in execution, a coach with a lot of experience, he won championships, a strong club that will 100% fight for the title.
It's hard to say, Craiova is very strong, Dinamo is playing very well, FCSB is coming back, Botoșani is up. I think that, at the moment, Rapid is the most pragmatic, few goals conceded, the attack creates a spectacle, but the defense wins the championship.
Mario is training very well, he played all the games very well, apart from big problems, he was also in the youth national team. I don't think he has a problem with the talk of some teams wanting him. He's a smart boy, he does his job. If there will be good opportunities for him and the club, he will leave, if not, he will stay with us.
I hope he improves his level and in the summer he has offers to choose from. His departure will unbalance us, he is the under player, central defender, we will need solutions. Ideally we would find an under central defender. He will need time to settle in, but the winter transfer window is coming.
We have some ideas of what we want in the winter, it's early now, there are still a few games. All 5 games follow, plus the cup game, also with Rapid, extremely difficult, until December, it's the end of the season. Injuries also occurred, it's the end of the season, fatigue has accumulated, it's important to collect points, to stay at a good level. In football everything is possible.
