Today, footballing Romania is not only losing a great technician, it is losing a gentleman of its own. It loses a way of being. This is for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear: Emeric Ienei remains not only in history, but in consciousness, because the real performance is not the trophy, but the mark. What the younger generation needs to know is that my beloved grandfather's legacy will live on through his family, through the players he coached and through all those inspired by his modesty, kindness and dedication.
