A tender has been announced in Krasnoyarsk for the second stage of improvement of the territory of Molokov Island. Information about this appeared on the government procurement website.
The customer of the work is the State Institution “Tourist Information Center of the Krasnoyarsk Territory”. The starting price of the contract is 205.2 million rubles, funds will be allocated from the regional budget. The contractor will have to carry out recreational work on the island and install a new visitor center.
Acceptance of applications for participation in the auction will last until November 26. The object itself must be handed over before September 1, 2026.
Everyone was actively talking about the fact that a visitor center would appear on Molokov Island in January of this year. A sketch of the building was presented to Vladislav Loginov, who at that time served as the head of the city, at an off-site meeting.
On the island they wanted to place places for recreation, rental of sailing and motor boats, SUPs and catamarans. In the visitor center building itself they were going to equip a judge's room and build stands for spectators. This project even won a grant from the regional tourism agency.
Let us remind you that this is the second major tender as part of the large-scale transformation of Molokov Island. In June, a competition was announced for the first stage worth 208.6 million rubles. According to the contract, the contractor must, by September 1, 2026, install lighting there, lay jogging and cycling paths, create a museum alley, arrange lawns and install small architectural forms.
